Q.1 – How can a roll-off dumpster be used?

A. – When you need to dispose of waste, and a lot of it we might add, then a roll-off dumpster is your best bet. Whether it is waste generated from a demolition project, landscaping, or yard cleaning, a roll-off dumpster can make removing all the waste from your property easy. However, since we don’t accept hazardous waste or medical waste, you can always call to find out if what you want to dispose of qualifies if you’re unsure.

Q. 2 – What factors impact how much your dumpster rental costs?

A. – At Sin City Dumpster Rental, we deliver dumpsters across the city of Los Angeles. However, since Los Angeles is a large city spanning several miles from us, and we also need to factor in the proximity of the landfill nearest to you, generally, what you pay takes all of this into consideration. The prices we quote include landfill fees and taxes.

Q. 3- What is the best way to load a roll-off dumpster with waste?

A. – The fastest and easiest way to do it is to toss it from over the top. However, you don’t want anything hanging over the sides as that can make removing the dumpster more challenging. Also, don’t insert items that are larger than the dumpster. If you have something that’s large, break it before tossing it in.

Q. 4 – How long is your dumpster rental?

A. – You can rent our dumpsters for anywhere from 7 to 14 days. However, much of it depends on what you want to do. Some people may need a dumpster for a month, others a few days. That said, there is a daily charge added to the bill for each day you hold on to it beyond the committed period.

Q. 5 – What if I want to order multiple dumpsters in different sizes?

A. – You most certainly can. We don’t have a rule against hiring multiple dumpsters. In fact, many of our clients in the construction industry need dumpsters of varying sizes to be placed in different locations, and we happily oblige.

Q. 6 – Are you going to pick up the dumpster at a pre-decided time?

A. – Our policy isn’t to intrude on people or businesses by picking up the dumpster without them telling us to. You need to notify us if the dumpster needs to be removed or replaced. That said, if you don’t call us by the last scheduled date (of the pre-rental period), we will charge you for each additional day.

Q. 7 – Can you pick up a dumpster on the same day?

A. – Yes, we can pick up a dumpster on the same day that we deliver. But you need to call us a couple of hours before you want the dumpster picked up. Also, let us know you will need the dumpster picked up on the same day when ordering it.
